Do you feel that something needs to change?

You may be used to managing, pushing through or keeping things going but perhaps something doesn’t feel quite right anymore.

Whether you’re navigating the pressures of your role or wanting to make a personal change, this may be the point where you’re ready to approach things differently.

‍ How can I support you?

Support tailored to the demands, stress and experiences that come with emergency service roles.

‍ ‍

A space to explore what’s going on for you and create meaningful, lasting change.

A different way of creating change

I work using a nervous system–led, trauma-informed approach that goes beyond surface-level thinking.

Often, the things we want to change are not just conscious. They are rooted more deeply in the nervous system and the unconscious mind.

Using a combination of approaches, including EMDR, Somatic Therapy and Cognitive Hypnotherapy, we work together to:

  • Understand why you feel and respond the way you do

  • Process and release unresolved experiences and emotions

  • Create change that feels natural, sustainable and lasting

This is not a one-size-fits-all process. Your sessions are shaped around you, your experiences, your pace and what you need.

My approach

Alongside the way we work, how you feel within the space is just as important. I offer a calm, confidential environment where you can speak openly without pressure or expectation. Whether you’re used to managing high levels of responsibility or you’re feeling overwhelmed in your day-to-day life, this is a space where you can begin to slow things down, make sense of what’s going on and get clarity in how to move forward.

With my understanding of neuroscience, I support you to work with your nervous system and the way your mind and body are designed to function, allowing change to happen with greater ease and to be long-lasting.
